Delivery costs and terms

I. Delivery terms of goods - Whyte Bikes Polska

1. The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer in the manner chosen by him: by courier or InPost. It is also possible to pick up the goods in person at one of the Collection Points, which is agreed with us.
2. Parcels sent by the Online Store are carefully packed.
3. In the case of damage or destruction of the shipment during transport, in order to facilitate the efficient satisfaction of the Buyer's needs and cover the related damage, a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of an employee of Poczta Polska or a courier, containing the date and time of delivery, names and surnames of persons checking the contents of the shipment, its contents and the condition in which it arrived. This protocol should be sent to the Online Store instantly.
4. The buyer should pay due attention to the condition of the shipment upon receipt, in particular whether the shipment has not been damaged or destroyed.
5. Current shipping prices (Gross amount of the shipping price):

We send all bikes by DHL courier company, the price list is divided into two types, 120 PLN for all bikes except electric bikes. 200 PLN for electric bikes. All accessories and clothing are sent by FedEx or InPost courier company. We charge a fee for a Fedex shipment in the amount of: 21 PLN (prepayment), or 25 PLN (cash on delivery). The exception is oversized shipments (size, weight). We charge a fee of 21 PLN (prepayment) and 24 PLN (cash on delivery) for InPost shipping.

6. The above method of shipment and its costs do not apply to the buyer who indicates a delivery address outside the territory of the Republic of Poland. In the case of shipment abroad, the price will be agreed individually with the customer.
